“Beautiful property and surroundings but it caters mainly to Germans. Reading materials in room was all in german as well as the majority of tv channels. Bring iron if you need one - rooms don’t have one one (which to me seems strange for a high end property). Also, breakfast was 19 euros per person per day - I would recommend including this in price of room. Way too expensive. ”

The owners are incredible hosts and a font of knowledge of both their property and the local areas and offer much suggestions of places to visit and eateries all absolutely accurate and of a high standard. The property consists of multiple bedrooms and could hold a family as well as older adult groups touring this region of Italy. There is much space at the villa and the pool……

“Dieses entzückende Haus mit Charme, das große Grundstück, der schöne, abgelegene Pool, die herrlich, ruhige Lage und vor allem die herzlichen Gastgeber Patrizia und ihre liebe Familie, die sich so fürsorglich um ihre Gäste kümmern, haben diesen Urlaub unvergesslich gemacht. Man sieht, dass in diesem Haus sehr viel Hingabe steckt und sich das Ehepaar viel Mühe geben, dass jedes noch so kleine Detail stimmt und es an den Gästen an nichts fehlt. Ottima la presenza di lavastoviglie industriale essendo in 20 persone.Pulito e complimenti ai propietari che con sacrifici hanno ristruttirato questo casale con professionalità ed attenzione ad ogni dettaglio .”

“Idealmente situato nel parco del Conero, con grande tranquillità per chi ama la natura. Possibillità di andare alla spiaggia (libera!) di Mezzavalle a piedi e ottimo punto di partenza per scoprire il parco del Conero. Fortemente raccomandato :) ”

“As a group of friends travelling with kids, we loved our stay here. The villa is a generous size, the views are beautiful and the pool was great. It's an old property with a lot of character, located in a peaceful rural area. You can tell that the renovation of this place is an ongoing labour of love. The massive kitchen/dining area has been finished to a really high standard. It's where we spent most of our time when not in the pool/garden. A couple of the bedrooms are still a little more……
