「We visited Balito with a family of 7 and had the most wonderful stay. The hotel is small but updated and it is run by a wonderful family who makes you feel at home. 「This is an amazing hotel! The grounds are beautiful. The pools are very big and always will have room, never felt crowded. It is a 3-minute walk from the beach and about 10 minutes by bus to Chania town. The food is great. We had the all-inclusive plan, and it is highly recommended, especially for families. The food quality is very high and there are options for everyone's taste. The place to be in Crete. Staff was great as well, always there to help with a smile.」
