“Bonjour, nous avons été bien reçus. Les responsables de la réception étaient très polis, corrects, serviables. Ils nous avaient bien renseigné sur la belle ville d'Aqaba et répondu à toutes nos questions. L'hôtel a l'avantage d'être situé au centre-ville d'Aqaba. Et nous avons été satisfaits par l'hôtel Raad. “We arrived there at 11 o'clock and they tried by all possible means to let us check in earlier. The bed was so comfortable and cozy. The private beach is free for the lodger, and it's about 30 minutes away by their free shuttle bus. That was a great beach with astonishing view! All in all, it was a memorable stay and we all had a good time over there.”

“I had high hopes for this place. A great view of the Red Sea? Our room had no windows, the Wi-Fi barely worked, and there was no hot water in the morning. Private beach - accessable by bus 4x a day. People were super loud in the hallways until 4am. Despite having a reservation for 2 people, we were told we could only have 1 breakfast and lay for the other, but the breakfast buffet was mediocre at best.
The bed was fine. There was plenty of room. Overall, very disappointed ”
