"It was a pleasant stay with nice owners and sweet staff. Beautiful room with comfortable bed and with large terrace with view of the beautiful Atlas Mountains. The house is somewhat remote on an unpaved road, it is quiet and has a tasteful Moroccan decor, beautiful garden with swimming pool and sunbeds and several seating areas. The breakfast was good and dinner was delicious!"
"Such a lovely oasis of calm on the outskirts of Marrakech! We loved our (2 bed) apartment, the wonderful staff & the beautiful gardens. Great memories were made in the pool & table tennis.
The only tiny negative is that It would be great if the hotel could recommend local taxi drivers to get to nearby attractions (we walked into the village to make connections), otherwise taxis would become quite costly!"

J’ai réservé une chambre dans cet hôtel pour un court séjour, mais l’expérience a été très décevante.
Dès mon arrivée, j’ai constaté plusieurs problèmes :
– La chambre n’était pas prête et ne correspondait pas à la réservation (j’avais demandé un lit double et trois lits simples, il n’y avait que deux lits simples).
– Aucun frigidaire dans la chambre, ce qui est pourtant un service de base dans la majorité des hôtels.
– Le cadenas de la porte était défectueux, et il fallait plus de 2 minutes...

"I nearly cancelled my stay here, with my 10 year old, when I read the recent reviews leading up to our stay. But my son loves swimming and water parks, so I thought we’d give it a go and not expect too much; we were only staying for 3 nights.
It far exceeded my expectations and we had a great time here. The hotel and waterpark is tired, in places, and it’s not luxury, but the lovely staff and my son’s smiles made up for that. The all inclusive food was nice. I can imagine it might get repetitive after a week, but there are so many options. It was busy at peak meal times, but we were there in high season so can’t expect a peaceful dinner. The staff work incredibly hard to keep fresh food coming out and tables cleared and cleaned.
We were allowed to stay after we checked out, until 6pm as my son was enjoying it so much. We would definitely go back, for another short stay, if we go to Marrakesh again. "

"We would go back in a heartbeat. Everything was great. If you need alcohol, you need to bring your own but they blend fresh juices for you that are great. It's a quiet oasis. An overgrown tropical garden just outside the city. It's a taxi ride into the city and back but you could spend all day at the riad and not feel like you're missing anything. The staff is warm, inviting and authentic."
"I came with my husband for honey moon, the staff were amazing they made up the room for us with flowers and nice decoration for our arrival, Sana was really nice and helpful, and all staff without exception.
The hotel was so clean the food amazing and it’s like home made.
It’s more advisable for romantic stay, very quiet and nice scenery from the balcony especially at night.
Also I would advise people to have their own car to be able to commute to Marakesh or go to nearby places as it’s a bit in the middle of nowhere.
