You can walk to Bowen's Warf in 20 minutes, there's a bike/walking path behind the house into town, or cut through the Common Burial Ground over to Spring Street.It's extremely clean and has a full kitchen and a washer and dryer in the basement. 「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. The house was meticulously clean and full of thoughtful touches to make our stay more enjoyable. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with anything we might have needed. The neighborhood is quiet and serene but also centrally located just minutes from the beaches and other attractions. Gale was incredibly responsive to our questions and very kind and thoughtful. We would love to stay there again.」

「This was a great rental for our stay in Newport! Although it might look far from downtown Newport, it was less than a 10 minute drive to the city center. Having a lockbox for the key was great when staying with a couple friends we could leave the key for each other. I would recommend adding a full length mirror to the property if possible, we would’ve liked to have one while getting ready for a friend’s wedding.」

「Great location as others have stated. We spent our whole trip walking to shops, restaurants, and even the cliff walk and mansions. The place was spacious enough, clean and well appointed. Having off the street parking was great. The window blinds allow light, but keep privacy. Small recommendations…bring a portable fan if you like a fan while sleeping. There were none in the house, nor ceiling fans. AC works very well, but I like air movement and didn’t want the windows open and get too warm....

「This property is perfect for a girls trip. Don’t let the exterior of the building deter you. We were visiting Newport for a girls trip and loved the layout of the space. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Great amenities and there’s even a washer/dryer in one of the bathrooms. Don’t wait book this place. 「Excellent place to stay! The house was clean, well stocked and relaxing. There are 3 extremely spacious bedrooms and an additional 2 smaller ones which worked perfectly for our family. We had 1 slight issue (tripped the breaker) and when I messaged the host asking for assistance locating the GFI, they responded immediately. I strongly recommend this property to anyone traveling to the area.」
