“Clean room. Pleasant staff. Only the air conditioner was a little loud stayed there last year , this year,and plan a return for next year.”

“The property is basically set up for weddings and large events and they don't have any considerations for hotels guests. The 2 nights that we stayed the restaurant and bar were closed due to a wedding and another event and no other place to eat or drink in the hotel not to mention the parties and music were loud and we couldn't sleep. The hotel is also waterfront and the seating area by the water were not available for hotels guest as well. If we would've known this at time of booking we……

“The room was very clean and the breakfast was good. The older gentleman at the front desk was very nasty. He was not hospitable and was always making snide comments.”

“Felt completely deceived! I booked the hotel because of the large windows shown online, but the actual room had a tiny window and felt extremely cramped and depressing. Never coming back!”

“The place was adequate for the price in the Newport area. It is close to Newport The room was clean , but very 1970s. The office doesn't open until after 10AM. There was a coffee maker in the office, but I had to drive to Dunkins,down the road to ge5 coffee in the morning. A coffee maker in the room would have been nice the refrigerator and microwave were a plus.”

“The 2 people we encountered at the front desk checking in and out were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great! Typical, nothing fancy but good. Eggs, waffles, variety of breads, cereal, yogurt, juices. There was some kind of meat too but I can't remember what it was. We dont eat meat. Loved being able to grab a coffee for the road and a hot chocolate after checking in. Pool open late 9pm which is great for a later check in. TV is easy to figure out, these days some are not at……
