"Fantastic hotel.one gripe was not receptionist - well there was but it was a talking tv running ChatGPT. It works for basic things like check in and out, but if you have an issue it’s useless and tells you to walk to the other bigger hotel."

"used a few times before so would recommend this hotel. Good location and we used a free car park several minutes walk away. Staff very friendly & helpful. Room was a nice size & clean, overlooking the street below although, in my opinion it would benefit from a little tlc. . We watched a fiesta parade from the open windows last time we stayed. Buffet breakfast was very enjoyable with a nice fresh selection. First time we stayed a couple of years ago we had a lovely evening meal & wine which was very nice & reasonably priced however I'm not sure of the operating hours of the bar/lounge, would be well worth checking. Jaca has a lovely 'feel' to it."
