「Warm welcome great stay」

「Spotless clean, bar and food available as well as petrol station with shop. Place to exercise dogs and big car park. Close to main highway and staff all helpful and friendly. Excellent customer service approach with emails prior to visit asking if they can help you in any way and a welcome message in my room written on bathroom mirror. Real value for money experience and if I could give feedback on 2 things I would improve. Put a toilet brush in bathroom as we may need to attend to marks...

「Tout était vraiment parfait, sauf petit bémols dommage qu’au petit déjeuné l’un de mes enfants qui n’avait pas fini sont pain au chocolat et donc naturellement je le prenais pour l’emporter pour qu’il le finisse plus tard et on ma fait la remarque qu’il ne fallait pas sortir de nourriture, donc je l’ai laissé sur la table. Ils préfèrent jeter la nourriture, pas très eco-responsable cela 🤔 Sinon rien à dire, je recommande cet hotel.」

「Very reasonable stay - extremely convenient for my trip - the heating didn't work for my stay but the host was apologetic - the room had two blankets which I did utilise for my one night stay. The room was clean and the shop downstairs was a blessing! the host kept my up to date prior to arrival all the way until I left, I'm sure if I informed them they would have done anything that they could to rectify the heating issue 」

「Can’t express our love for this place. Maria in particular, and the waitress at the restaurant (didn’t get her name) were absolute gems and made our stay super memorable. As we frequently drive from France through to Portugal and return, this will now be a regular stop for us and we’re already looking forward to revisiting. 」

「The hotel was neat and clean. Very nice staff. Neighborhood is quiet. Only 10mins drive to San Sebastian. Recommend if you doing road trip. Easy to find parking at the front door. Perfect choice is driving. Worth the penny!」

「Lovely hotel. Very warm welcome and beautiful setting. Rooms were comfortable and we slept well. Dining facilities were excellent too. Dinner was superb and wine list extensive but not expensive! Breakfast freshly cooked to order was delicious. Thank you. 」
