"The staff was very helpful. Our reservation could not be found. I had to show them proof the reservation was made. The hotel was able to find us a room for the price per night that I reserved the room for. The room was very nice. However the TV was old and the picture was very blurry and we were unable to watch the hockey game in our room we had to watch it in the lounge. The bed was very uncomfortable and the heater was very loud. The casino was small with limited gambling available. A few tables were on the floor but none were open. We would not stay here in the future. "
