Beautifully presented 1st Floor (with lift) two bedroomed apartment. Great kitchen with all accessories provided. Short walk from train station (10 min), shorter walk to beach and even shorter walk to shops pubs and supermarkets. Quiet location suitable for young and old alike. Would definitely recommend

Proche de tous commerces, et la plage est à 2-3 minutes à pied. Pas eu besoin de prendre la voiture de la semaine. Merci à Sandrine pour son accueil.

Appartement très confortable, bien chauffé, jolie déco. Il est proche de toutes les commodités, rue piétonne animée à deux pas. Communication facile avec Sandrine pour l'arrivée et le départ. Nous recommandons ce bel appartement.

Appartement conforme à l annonce. Néanmoins un peu petit pour 4 personnes , surtout pour suspendre le linge, serviette de bain humide . Suivant la météo a bcp de mal à sécher dehors sur la terrasse.

L'appartement est très bien situé. Dommage, il n'y a pas du tout de vue, que se soit de la terrasse ou de la salle de séjour. Il n'y a pas de chaises pour s'assoir ( que des chaises hautes) peu confortables. Les stores à l'intérieur de la chambre de séjour sont inutilisables. Par contre les stores externes fonctionnent très bien. Les matelas sont confortables , les oreillers non.

l'appartement est très bien situé; très propre, très calme bien qu'il est situé a 3 minutes d'une rue piétonnière très animé. Tout ce qu'il faut a proximité. Proche de la mer. Accueil chaleureux par personnel très compètent et d'une grande disponibilité. A recommandé!!!

Nouveau sejour à Arcachon petite deception autour de l'appartement ...aucune vue , très mauvaise connection telephonique , canapé très inconfortable , sejour salle à manger très petit , et manque d'ustensile de cuisine de base ." théière , moule à tarte , couteau à beurre etc " mais appartement neuf , hyper propre , bien situé , aucunement bruyant .

Die Wolhnung hat alles was es braucht und liegt sehr gut gelegen. Man ist in einer Minute mitten in der Stadt und trotzdem in 5 Minuten am langen Sandstrand. Können wir nur empfehlen.

C'est un bel appartement, très propre, très bien équipé, insonorisé, très bien placé. Très très bon séjour. Le sèche serviettes pourrait fonctionner dans la salle de bain, ce serait très appréciable. En ce qui concerne Sandrine, c'est une personne très gentille, qui se met à notre disposition, et qui m'a bien aidé lorsque j'en ai eu besoin. V.Q

Nous avons séjourné dans l'appartement de Régine 1 semaine au mois d'avril et voulions une localisation centrale nous permettant de nous promener sans utiliser la voiture. L'appartement est idéalement situé et proche des commerces mais aussi de la plage. Il est également fonctionnel et agréable. Régine, la propriétaire et Sandrine qui nous a accueillis sont disponibles et arrangeantes. Nous recommandons cet appartement.

La propietaria è stata molto gentile, puntuale e solerte. L’appartamento pulito, grazioso e molto ben ubicato e comodo (attaccato alla zona pedonale, alla spiaggia, al mercato….). Siamo stati molto felici ad Arcachon!
