“My husband and I booked this property for our kids spring break trip and our son’s 4th birthday. Everything about this property was 10/10. The condo was perfect. The staff and housekeeping were excellent. The kids enjoyed themselves and so did we. We will definitely book again. ”

“Front desk workers were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet, outside and inside amenities are wonderful. The rooms, however, are very small/tight for it to sleep 6. The furniture in the sitting area is dated and the entire suite could use a DEEP cleaning. Between the cost of the room and the additional resort and parking fees, I would have expected a CLEANER more MODERN setting. It was not bad...but it was also NOT worth it. I would choose Ocean Enclave and prepare or pick up……

“Nice quiet place to stay. Easy walk to the beach, across from the workout center and close to the pickleball courts, simple layout, newer washer/ dryer that works works great. Very convenient. Older place but fine accommodations. Would stay there again. ”

“Had a great stay at Marina Inn! The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and check-in was quick and smooth. The pool area was relaxing and well-maintained, perfect for unwinding. The location is also very convenient, making everything easily accessible. Would definitely stay here again!”

“I didn't like being on 1s floor Someone from there called me Wednesday ask me what floor would I like. I said 5th floor up. They put me on 1st floor. Then in master bathroom I ran water into bathtub water it was orange rusted looking I took pictures show to manager. She said another guess had same problem with water. ”

“Not what i expected from a beach front property with Marriot’ Beach access , chairs , umbrellas towels and dog all self serve and from city so $50 and up a day add on for 2 chairs and umbrellas as pool” even though it’s on the beach” Rooms need to be updated and cleaned” dusty . Floor smelled like smoke” Ordered chips by pool waited hour and were stale” gross- I have stayed in many beach front Marriott’s and this was definitely a very not pleasant experience- Requesting top floor ocean……

“Room was very clean. I always come prepared to clean to my satisfaction. Surprisingly the room was very clean including the bathroom. The only thing was the towels had spots on them and they were very small, but I bring my own so it wasnt bad. ”

“My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Willow Bay. Check in was a breeze and the room exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and the furniture appeared to be brand new. The view of the Ocean was perfect for hanging out and enjoying a drink. Willow Bay has a great location right on the beach with lots of restaurant options near by. The pool and grounds were beautiful and peaceful. We love coming to Myrtle Beach and we will definitely be coming back to Willow Bay. ”

“Room And staff were horrible. Power went out in our room around 8:30 at night when we tried to tell Steph we could not get a hold of him until the next morning before lunch and they were rude and asked us to leave because of that”

“The only positive thing about this property was the fast check-in. Upon walking to our room we noticed a lot of dirty linen throughout the hallway , which seemed odd because if rooms were being cleaned why not put dirty laundry in a dirty hamper basket. Approximately 10 minutes after being in our room my wife was using the bathroom , a housekeeper barged into the room. My wife was so upset/ embarrassed. The housekeeper stated she didn't know the room was now vacant , she just wanted to make sure……

“Wasnt told that the balconies were not able to be used due to construction...even as I checked in, no one let me know anything. Not to mention I had someone from staff trying to enter my room at 9:30am as he thought I wasn't there...literally knocked and immediately tried opening the door...thank god the latch was locked, otherwise...he would've walked in on me.....not very happy honestly ”

“Kind of a gross resort. Check-in was late and the front desk staff snippily said check in “starts” at 4, not guaranteed to be ready at 4. The common areas were gross and dirty and smelled poorly. Amenities closed earlier than advertised. Room was quite dirty: a man’s swim trunks in the safe, skittles on the floor. Telephone didn’t work, remote for tv was missing, those these were fixed after I managed to get through to front desk. Great location and views of the ocean, though. There are……
