“Idk why ten first review I gave gave them a 4 star. It should have been a 5. I stayed there two different times. The first time I arrived very early but they still allowed me to get a room to rest in. They were very understanding and helpful and Brandy gave me his number so if I had issues I could text him. “Great hospitality”

“The hotel is in the historic centre of Cusco, not far from the main attractions in the old town. The room is cosy and comfortable. However, there is some problem with the hot water supply as it goes out very fast.”

“We stayed 4 nights, and really enjoyed our stay. It is an older building, like most hotels in central Cusco, but well maintained and has great character. Central courtyard and sitting areas on every floor are lovely spots to enjoy a free cup of tea at any time. Onsite restaurant offers a buffet breakfast or packed bag for early outings. “Really great spot with its proximity to Plaza de Armas. Awesome breakfast choices and they would even pack you a breakfast if you have to leave early. The Presidential room is HUGE! It has a jacuzzi as a feature but I would have preferred a step in shower as getting in and out of it can be tricky. “Not sure why it isn't advertised more widely, but the hotel actually is part of a non-profit that supports underprivileged children of Cusco, and helps them with basic needs and education. Besides this super clean hacienda style hotel. Lovely staff. The restaurant has great breakfast. ”

“Good clean safe secure hotel, good beds, safe, staff, breakfast, restaurant, nice wifi, convenient location. The portable room heaters are not effective and challenging to get hot water for bath before 6 am (heaters freeze overnight).”
