Propreté moyenne, poignées de porte abîmées, porte extérieure à l’étage ne fermant pas à clé, fientes sur volet, cabine de douche abîmée, …Piscine non chauffée et sans rideau de protection, donc la nuit l’eau se refroidit beaucoup ; les pares soleil de la terrasse salle à manger extérieure près de la piscine ne fonctionnent...
