「My experience at Hotel Ventana al Atlántico was extremely disappointing from the moment I arrived. The check-in process was frustrating. There is no front desk or office on-site, and I had no idea how to access my room. I called multiple numbers with no success until another guest gave me the correct phone number. 「The property is currently undergoing renovations and there are construction workers working/noise during the day. The Casita we stayed in had just been renovated. It was nicely done, the new upgrades like the TV and furnishing added a nice touch to the overall experience. We have stayed before and it’s the perfect place to relax and disconnect.」

「The service is very poor, and the whole building is closed! The air conditioner is very cold! If you are not allowed to transfer, you will be fined 250 dollars. This fine and that fine are simply stealing money. Cheap is cheap, but there are too many other expenses.」
