Just 50 meters away is one of the best restaurants in the area, Casa Italia, and you're also close to Lake Park and the town center. Access to Casa Aire is easy and convenient. It has a covered parking space right next to the house, making it easy to unload your luggage comfortably. Being close to the street, there’s no need to open gates, allowing for quick and hassle-free entry. The parking area also has space for two cars, ensuring both convenience and security.
The house is strategically located just 600 meters from Lake Park and 800 meters from the center of Nuevo Arenal. Additionally, it is near other Casas Airelibre homes, providing a safe and welcoming environment where you’ll feel accompanied and at ease.
Other things to note
Our house is located in an urban area, surrounded by other houses and guests. This means that, while the place is peaceful, there may be some street noise, so we ask that you respect the surroundings. Although we don’t have a lake view, the place has its own charm, and the air circulation keeps the house very fresh and pleasant. Additionally, the showers offer hot water with good pressure, but it’s important to adjust the pressure to find the ideal temperature.
