The garage attendant told us to get the 10 euro refund from the hotel. I have emailed proprietor several times asking for a refund but have never received a response. ...

「Hotel is small, old and out-of-the-way but was in a beautiful Tuscan setting with a beautiful view from our balcony. There was a very reasonable restaurant across the street. The room was an excellent value for the money. The owner even gave us a ride to the train station when our early morning taxi failed to show up. 」
