「Room was damp and floors sticky. Staff was friendly.」

「Everone in the town was wonderful the staff here included. There are a couple of things that needed maintenance such as the bathroom door getting stuck with difficulty opening and closing. A tub recaulking and painting the tub would make a big difference. The breakfast was great and the waffles with topping options was yummy. Overall a nice stay.」

「The staff went out of their way to make sure were were comfortable after having a night of the comode running and a lumpy bed. But the next night and following nights were very comfortable.」

「The rooms were dirty, they ran out of towels, had to go to Walmart and purchase towels and wash clothes. There was mold on the ceiling, told the front desk said we can checkout cause that's all she can do.」

「So first of all i am handicapped. There was abig plastic pipe in front of the steps leading to our room. There was no railing on the steps. Once in the room there was only a hard little plastic chair. I have a bad back. I could not sit in this chair. On a good note when i went back to the office i was given a refund and went elsewhere that night. Manager was super nice. The room was clean. I did not like the lighting. It was in the ceiling and was super bright. No other lighting in the room. ...

「Love this hotel its a family business. One of the bosses ask us want we would like to for breakfast, the next morning he had bagels delivered. My son loved the pool. Everything at this hotel was wonderful. Its clean with very friendly staff. If you travel to Alabama you wont be disappointed by staying at the Western hotel. Thank You to all the staff.」

「Clean, attractive property. But, pretty weak on the breakfast - limited choices, juice machine broken both days we were there.」

「Place is clean but needs a lot of maintenance. The toilet in our room was loose and it felt like you're going to fall off with it. The sink faucet was also loose. Although the water pressure in the shower was excellent, I couldn't say the same for the drain where it was pooling.」

「They have the air conditioning turned off until you get into your room. Sweltering!!!! Then they controlled it throughout the night. Sweltering. Would I stay here again? Not!!!!」
