「El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación que permite caminar a cualquier sitio de la ciudad. No hospedamos un domingo por lo que pudimos estacionar gratis justo frente al hotel. Tengo entendido que la recepción tiene un horario reducido, para nosotros no fue problema ya que llegamos en la tarde y cuando salimos, estaba cerrada pero no necesitamos ninguna asistencia.」

「Ik vond het een heel fijn hotel, op loopafstand naar het centrum. Vriendelijk personeel, heel goed ontbijt in een gezellige sfeer, fijn om mijn auto in de ondergrondse parkeergarage te kunnen zetten. Ik kan dit hotel zeker aanraden en mocht ik ooit terugkomen naar Burgos, zal ik voor dit hotel kiezen.」

「El hotel es fantástico, personal encantador y el entorno maravilloso. El jardin para desayunar con los rayos de sol precioso. Muy recomendable. Tienes rutas en el monte a 5 min del hotel, y Ezcaray es además de precioso un pueblo con tiendas bares, ambiente. Fin de semana para repetir.」

「Great service and well kept rooms. The air conditioner was not working but must be off during the fall. Not an issue this time of year great big windows that we could open to let the nice fresh air. A fantastic location in the old part of town. You can walk everywhere to see the historical church and many other things. Highly recommended you will not be desapointed. 」

「Great location, deluxe rooms are big and mod with some views of lovely river, great roof top bar terrace with fine views. Down side are thin but soft enough mattresses typical of Spanish hotels and cloying air “freshener” smells that seem to dominate the lobby and cafes of Silken hotels in Leon and a bit less Burgos. Parking situation is convenient and safe and fairly priced」
