The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. As there was a short staircase to access the room, a member of the front desk team kindly helped us carry our luggage upstairs, which we really appreciated. Excellent service and great hospitality. "A unique setting in a beautiful area. The hotel is located right next to the Rhine River in a scenic location where the river moves rapidly with a soothing sound. The view also includes a small island that is a pedestrian park. The surrounding historic center city is well preserved and gives you a real feeling for what the area looked like in the Middles Ages.
