Updated furniture but a little dirty

Overall we mostly enjoyed our stay. Most of the furniture was updated except for the couches. We had almost everything we needed except cooking oil. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms spacious. The upstairs loft was really cool. We loved the location and its proximity to outdoor activities. Upon our arrival we noticed a few broken screens and the floor had not been mopped. The office manager responded quickly to my emails but did not apologize for the state of the cabin. I did not want them to come clean the place during our stay but would have appreciated acknowledgement of the state of things. Overall we would stay here again hoping that it would be cleaned properly.
