Excellent apartment, spacious very clean with everything you needed, great private terrace. Bar and restaurant not up to much ok for quick basic eat. WiFi signal keeps dropping out. The reception maintenance and cleaning staff were very good and friendly.

Have been going here for over 10years & love everything but….this time the entertainment is no longer and this is really disappointing & we really feel for Stacey & Pete who run the Resturant and bar this must be so tough for them but they always great service . Great place to stay in Los Cristianos. The room and the whole property were spotless and well maintained. The unit was very well equipped and spacious. Close to many restaurants as well as supermarkets. Easy walk to the beach and shops (10 min) and about 5 minutes walk from local/airport bus.

Have stayed at this resort several times now due to friendly and helpful staff. Always spotlessly clean and Elvis the life guard is the most helpful person . I often watch him assisting elderly or infirm people , ensuring everyone is safe whilst be so very friendly .

The Apartment was larger than expected and clean. The staff are all really great. The bar on site ( Stacey's) is run really well and they are very friendly people. The location is good. Its about a 20 min walk to the nearest beach downhill. Reception are great as are security. The pool is clean and lovely to swim in. Plenty of sun beds ( June ) . Towels are given for the pool on arrival which helps. There is body wash and shampoo provided in the apartment . The kitchen is well equipt....impressive actually. The maids will come in and do a great job of freshening up the place All in all a great stay and I would recommend for couples or families.

Our stat lly at Ona Los Claveles was exceptional, great location and a beautiful apartment. We had a townhouse type property which faced on to the pool, couldn't have asked for more. Staff were lovely and pool bar was great for snacks and drinks, all at a really reasonable price. Fantastic stay and will definitely return.

The studio was spacious and well equipped, the complex is situated up a walkable hill , their is a taxi rank at the bottom of the hill which costs 4 euro.the pool bar is excellent value for money, One warning at the time of posting this review Tenerife sur airport was in chaos inbound and outbound
