The house needs full refurbishment. Looks dirty and worn.Most of furniture are broken.It is too far from the beach.Pool is too small and dirty, we could not use it.Generally not happy with that property, it is not matching to pictures at all.

Lo malo la zona, al lado hay una barriada peligrosa y nos entró un vecino ladrón dentro de la casa estando nosotros en las habitaciones descansando. Nos fuimos de la vivienda un día antes porque nos sentíamos inseguros al saber que el ladrón es vecino y no nos han devuelto el día que no utilizamos la vivienda. Nos fuimos asustados.

We hebben een erg fijn verblijf gehad in Villa Udilla. Erg fijne communicatie met de host Sandra en haar collega's die er alles aan deden om een fijn verblijf te garanderen. Het huis is zoals beschreven en te zien op de foto's, fijn zwembad, 2 ruime badkamers en 1 wat kleinere, ruime keuken met alle benodigdheden en een goede buitenruimte. Gelegen op een zeer rustige locatie.

Estuvo muy bien la ubicación y comodidad. A solo 10 minutos de las americas y fácil acceso hacia el teide.Disfrutamos de tranquilidad.Solo una noche cenamos fuera de la casa y a las 23.30 nos han llamado que estábamos haciendo ruido por los vecinos y creemos que fue un poco exagerado. Luego fue todo muy bien !
