“The hotel was full with a family reunion which they occupied the pool area the entire weekend, so nobody else could use it. There was trash all over the place even though the housekeepers did their best to keep up. I asked a housekeeper for extra towels, and to remove the trash. The employee replied “no” and then walked away. ”

“No one came to front desk, had to call hotels number to get someone. Sidewalks weren’t shoveled and were extremely hard to walk on. Our bathroom door knob was hanging off, the tv screen was blurry even after trying to adjust settings, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, and the “fresh” towel hung over the ledge of the bathtub had what appeared to be a blood stain on it. Worst experience we’ve ever had. This trip was not for leisure, it was a hospital stay so we only needed the room to……
