「Très bel immeuble, de beaux appartements, bien entretenu et propres. Les logement sont spacieux. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine et la tranquillité. Si je retourne à Nice, aucun doute que je réserverai à nouveau à cet endroit. Conseil au voyageur : soyez prudent avec google map, l'appli ne tag pas au bon endroit. Je vous conseille de valider sur google street view pour bien comprendre... Je recommande au gestionnaire d'ajuster l'emplacement sur google. J'ai moi même orienter...

「Great location, nice room with a nice balcony. Friendly and helpful staff. It’s the best accommodation during our 2 weeks’ trip in France. 」

「海邊，火車站...不算近，但步行可至，也有餐廳，超市，基本是方便的房間清潔。至於如何維持清潔是住客基本責任，住這種公寓酒店是常識。隔音不算好。」

「This was a different hotel experience for me. Really it's kind of an apartment building where they took part of one floor and made 8-10 hotel rooms out of it. You have a key to get into the building and your own code to get into the lobby and rooms. 「Property is a really nice old style flat, with a recently renovated kitchen. Its on the 5th floor of a 6 story building which has a secure elevator to access. Flat was clean when we arrived. It had a wrap around balcony with chairs and table for eating outside. I collected keys from My flat Nice's office located a 10 minute walk from property.
