"Staff was great. Dunpster on site an eye sore beds uncomfortable had to buy pillows as pillows in room very thin.. not sure why only half of showeris covered. Ac and tv workec fine so kudos for that. "

"We had a fantastic stay at the Ritz-Carlton. All of the staff were super nice and welcoming, which made our experience wonderful from start to finish. A special thank you to Miranda at the host stand, who was incredibly kind to our child and made them feel so comfortable and happy. "This Inn is a hidden gem, if I drove by I most likely would not have stopped not that the property looks bad from the outside just older and I normally look at hotels and not inns. But I researched before I booked, looking for something reasonably priced with decent reviews, as I was only planning a quick stay for an event I was going to. We were not disappointed. The rooms are comfortable, on the smaller side but all you really need for a quick stay. The grounds are very tranquil and quiet, despite being just off a busier road, nice pool area and plenty of outdoor seating areas to relax. Breakfast pavilion was nice and offered a continental breakfast with many on the go options. If I visit Naples again Inwould definitely stay again."

"If you are extremely picky about where you stay maybe this isn’t the best choice for you. The property is beautiful, the house is beautiful, but it is old and it can be seen. Apart from that it is perfect for 12 people, the pool is fantastic as well as the jacuzzi. The house is much bigger than it seems so that was a plus. I wish we could’ve talked a little more with the owner but at the end of the day it wasn’t necessary so it’s fine. If you do stay here mosquito repellent is a must, and pay attention to the labels on the switches because it can and will get confusing. The house is also in a very convenient spot, nothing was too far for my standards atleast.We had the best weekend possible, both in the house and Naples in general. Will be looking forward to booking here again. Thank you Melissa"
