「stay in superior room. Room is clean and price reasonable. At mountain top, take tram 28 and the stop is near to the hotel. Always full on Sunday, better to book in advance. 」

「We loved the location and the view from the room was fantastic. - it’s actually a spot all the tourists come to watch the sunset and sunrise! So can be a bit noisy. Bed really comfortable, could do with some new pillows! Kitchen well equipped and functional. Uber dropped us off at top of the street and we later found a lift that took you straight to the property so you don’t have to lug your bags up or down the stairs. Communication with Miku was good.」

「Excellent location at Baixa, convenient to walk to main attractions or take the metro or railway to suburbs in Lisbon. It is centrally located with a lot of shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is a great surprise, with lots of options and freshly made eggs / omelets and coffees/teas of your choice. The front is also rather helpful. We totally enjoyed our 6 nights of stays and would no doubt book the hotel again if we visit Lisbon again.」

「Have stayed in 4 Eurostar Hotels. All were meticulously designed and creatively lit. Staff were always helpful. This hotel was also top level. Great staff! Excellent breakfast too. The only complaint in all four deals with the in-room coffee. It’s awful. That’s not a local issue but clearly a corporate decision since each eurostar uses the same coffee brand/machine. 」
