「From the time we arrived at the Hotel until we walked out the door everyone was amazing. From the front office helping with restaurants, tours, all the way to a birthday cake delivered to the room. The restaurant was unbelievable as well the service in the Breakfast was fantastic and so pleasing and pleasant every person in this establishment went out of their way to make sure you had wonderful experience. Rating 10 out 10. 」

「A very nice place to stay and walk around. The room is a little bit small, but it’s fine for me. The staffs there are all very friendly and helpful! Also, they have very nice breakfast! I will want to come again if I fly to Lisboa! Stay there was definitely a lovely “memory.”」

「This hotel was incredible. I was blown away by the service. My room wasn’t quite ready (I was super early) and when I checked in, they had brought my bags already up. This was such a nice touch. 「Excellent location at Baixa, convenient to walk to main attractions or take the metro or railway to suburbs in Lisbon. It is centrally located with a lot of shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is a great surprise, with lots of options and freshly made eggs / omelets and coffees/teas of your choice. The front is also rather helpful. We totally enjoyed our 6 nights of stays and would no doubt book the hotel again if we visit Lisbon again.」

「The property was exactly as described - we had a double room, and room and bathroom were spotless. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning was good. The property is located on the no 28 tram route (this starts at 6am and stops at midnight) not a concern for us but might be for some. Staff were very helpful. We found some really good small restaurants within 5 minutes walk of our accommodation. Would recommend staying here if visiting Lisbon.」
