"Parking was easy; right across from the hotel; the staff was friendly and helpful; the included breakfast was adequate; the location was convienient. The room was clean and spacious enough. There was no full length mirror which i really missed, and there was no coffee maker in the room which I also would have liked."

"The lady that checked me in was such a joy, never have I been checked in by someone in such a good mood. She was jovial and so kind. Made the checking in experience so much better. "The room was clean and fine, but the garbages in the hallways were constantly overflowing with trash, and the property outside was filthy. Also the side door the building that is supposed to be accessible by room key only, did not lock and was accessible to anyone that opened it, which is unsafe. "

"This hotel was very nice, classic but the rooms have modern furniture and finished. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I will stay here again!"

"I had paid for a room with a hot tub. That didn't happen. The first room I was put in stank of cat urine. The second room haded a bathroom with cracked sink housing and a filthy tub. It took more than 10 minutes for the water to get warm enough for a shower. The bed looks like it's falling apart. The thermostat couldn';t be regulated. Sorry to say this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in."
