「Friendly staff and helpful—-room was clean and tidy which is the number one thing we look for when staying at a hotel. The hotel overall was clean and quiet which is what we were looking for. We would definitely stay at this hotel again—hands down! If you choose this hotel you will not be disappointed. 」

「My daughter's leg was injured and there was no way to take the stairs. Then they still arranged a room on the second floor, on the second floor without an elevator, and let a person with an injured leg go up the stairs. It was really a disappointing experience!」

「Location of School 31 is convenient to many local activities. The re-use of the building is wonderful. Decor is fun and comfortable. We would certainly stay here again. It was a little quirky with the bathroom area being open to the rest of the room. Our room was on the road-side of the building and there was some traffic noise. The bed was very comfortable and room temperature controls were easy to use.」

「Having stayed there before, I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived to find a newly remodeled and upgraded facility. Cleaner, open, modern floor plans. The weight room was on par with my gym membership equipment. Rooms appeared larger without losing any amenities. Albeit there was a lot of morning noise outside due to the winter storm clean up and some final construction removal. This was temporary and the majority of my stay was comfortable and relaxing. 」

「The staff was so friendly. Kate was really nice when I checked in late Monday. The bartenders were all great. The room was clean. Food at the bar was good. Only complaint: the pillows on the bed weren't great. Could have a little more variety on firm vs. soft.」
