Ramada by Wyndham Viscount Suites Tucson East
10/10 Excellent
"The staff went above and beyond. I am traveling with a disabled older medically frail mother and my special needs 9 yr old. I am also very early on in pregnancy. I locked my keys in the car right before an important appointment for my son that he waits for once a yr and the reason we traveled to tuscon.... maintenance and staff worked together to get my keys out of the car. They were so kind and accommodating. The place is huge and beautiful. Quiet and has a good restraunt right there in the hotel. The breakfast set up is so delicious and has a lot to offer. It's easily located. The rooms are clean and their pool was clean and ready to be used. My family had a fun time there. I started having some medical issues with my high risk pregnancy and needed to stay an extra day and they gave me the room for the same price I had paid before when they really could have upped the price. So this hotel and staff are honest. I really enjoyed my time here and will be booking again!"

La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Tucson East

"Helpful staff. Confusing cleaning schedule. Filtered water bottle filling unit very helpful. Bottom of tub stained or not bleached. Quiet room close to malls and our meeting venue. Breakfast simple and well done. No recycling or trash sorting. Common area carpets needed a thorough cleaning. Beds very comfortable and nice sized refrigerator and microwave worked well. No hot water available for tea ONLY coffee, but kitchen area had hot water all day and coffee. Very few hangers in the bathroom to dry towels to reuse. Not enough hangers for clothing. The 6 drawer dresser had only 4 drawers available bottom drawers were glued shut. Adequate charging options."

Mount Lemmon Lodge
10/10 Excellent
"We met the owner on our arrival, a very nice, 72 y.o. respecful woman. Later, when in the elevator, going up from the garage to 2nd floor, myself, wife, the large dolly with luggage and then extra luggage, the elevator was intercepted at the first floor by someone. No problem. The door opened at the first floor, there was a nice gentleman waiting to get in, saw that it was way too crowded, smiled and said he'd take the stairs. No problem. There was the owners husband standing right behind him, and he BARKED "is there a problem here?" with an extremely rude and angry attitude. He glared at me, I said "no?" and went on up to the next floor. My wife and I then exchanged looks like "did you just see that?" We are in our seventies and I don't think we look THAT criminal-like... I don't know what his problem was but it sure put a nasty taste in our mouth for an otherwise wonderful getaway. She was great, he needs to retire!"
