"My stay at the Hampton Inn was wonderful!!! Check-in was easy and fast, the staff was helpful with a request that I had, and the room was very clean/comfortable. You're close to many restaurants within walking distance. Can't wait until my next stay."

"We were attended to right when we drove up to the hotel and were set up with our room. The room was very modern and the AC was cranked up when we got in making the room nice and cool. We also loved that there was a record player in the room with a few records. Nice touch! My only issues was the AC was a bit out dated and adjusting was difficult. If I tried to turn it down some, the heater would kick on. I also thought the bed was a bit stiff. A mattress topper would do wonders. The walls to the hotel are also super thin. Every car that drove by could be heard clearly, even on the 9th floor. With the few bars in the area, the traffic ramps up (as expected) later in the night. We love the location of the hotel and being able to walk everywhere so we’d likely stay again!"

"I picked this property for the parking only because I had our bikes on the back of our car. You have to pay for valet parking but it was worth it for us. What made us give this an excellent rating was Ashley who worked at the front desk. She made the check in process a delight. It’s nice to be greeted by a helpful and fun staff all of them were great."

"I really liked this hotel. My bestie and I stayed for Halloween weekend and we had a great time. We had a 2 bedroom suite with two bathrooms, living room, kitchen. It was nice and clean. I won’t lie, you can tell it’s been a bit since the hotel has had some updates but it wasn’t bad at all. No bugs, no issues with plumbing or noise. Safe location, safe hotel, you needed your key to get in the hotel after a certain hour. Front desk always had someone there. And the staff were all nice and friendly. Shoutout to the young brother who checked us in and out; I forget his name but he has glasses. Very nice and professional and friendly. Thank you! Give this hotel a try. It’s in walking distance to everything but especially the convention center and the River Walk Outlets Mall, and the cruise ship docks. I think that this will be my New Orleans hotel from now on."

"Staff was great and good location, but nothing free, no free parking, no free breakfast, and the breakfast buffet was what you usually get for free from most hotels but at $25 per person. Also no ice bucket or ice like all other hotels. Overall very nice hotel just could use a few amenities you get from most other hotels!!"
