“Our visit to the Sanna did not start well, there was a snafu with our reservation, resulting in us being moved to their eco lodge on arrival. The staff was very gracious in trying to make up for this, and the owner personally came to right this. The hotel is beautiful, i fully recommend upgrading the suite. There is a rooftop restaurant and bar that has beautiful views. The bell tower and market is within walking distance, however vendors make walking the streets annoying. They have a transfer……

“转机呆了几个小时，退房的前台人拿个信封给我，问我要给多少钱小费，这个也太直接了吧，我要求他们不要叫醒服务，他们就还是一样叫醒我，这个时间并不是我同意的时间，对我来说系统打扰，还想要小费。”

“酒店房间太小，厕所地漏太牛逼了，洗完澡水都漫到卧室了。提前一个周预定了房间并收取了费用，入住当天居然前台说没房间了，也没有任何邮件及电话通知，总之整个体验太糟糕了。”
