「酒店房间太小，厕所地漏太牛逼了，洗完澡水都漫到卧室了。提前一个周预定了房间并收取了费用，入住当天居然前台说没房间了，也没有任何邮件及电话通知，总之整个体验太糟糕了。」

Even with paid upgrade to Premium room, we found no hair dryer nor safe nor robes—despite Expedia listing all of those as standard with the rooms. This place is not “premier”; but it’s friendly, convenient, safe, and with decent full breakfast included. 」

「Staff were extremely friendly and professional. They made sure to make you feel welcome and like you were their primary concern. The property is very clean, quiet and peaceful. Sitting there watching all of the monkeys jumping around was amazing. The entire time there was extremely peaceful. 」

「The facilities, including the lodge, furnishings and buildings were tip top, much to like. The greenery - trees, gardens great. Some of the staff - especially house keeping were unresponsive/slow and if something was requested in the room, took too long, and once we requested towels at the swimming pool which were never delivered even after following up. One staff, called Saidi was great, with impeccable service. The entrance to the lodge is through a busy and chaotic market place: the lodge...

「Personal sehr freundlich, die Anfahrt über das Dorf ist sehenswert und interessant. Auch bei uns konnte das Hotel die bereits in Deutschland erfolgte Zahlung des Hotelzimmers nicht bestätigen. Die Weiterleitung der Buchungsbestätigung mit der Zahlungsbestätigung per Mail war ausreichend. 」
