“The Sanna Boutique Hotel is an oasis in the middle of hustling, bustling Arusha! Once inside, everything is wonderful and calm! The staff is outstanding, always smiling and helpful. They can answer any questions and get you a safe taxi, etc. The rooms are spotless , modern and beautiful. All you could ask for in amenities! The food is delicious and their service is exceptional. We basically ate all our meals there rather than try to find something else. Their menu should satisfy most people……

“Close to the Maasai Market so we could shop and send our merch home. We were within walking distance of the market and old clock tower. Staff was amazing and the food for bury breakfast and dinner was outstanding! ”

“Room was very nice. It had hot water!!!! 3 months here and that's gotta be the hottest shower I have had ..the view was exceptional. Getting there wasn't easy but once your there it was very nice. I had some trouble with booking as I accidentally booked the week after but it was fixed. Very good manager. Rooms were very clean and surprisingly cool without air conditioning unit.”

“This is a small family run hotel with great Tanzanian pride. It is clean, very quiet, with friendly staff. The hotel was down a side street and short narrow road. But our airport driver had no issues. We took advantage of Brown. He is a tour guide thst took us around Arusha for 2 days. He handled all museums, lunch, taxis, and questions. He was much better than larger kayak or Travelocity tours. We walked 1 km down the road to embers restaurant if you feel adventurous.This experience……

“酒店房间太小，厕所地漏太牛逼了，洗完澡水都漫到卧室了。提前一个周预定了房间并收取了费用，入住当天居然前台说没房间了，也没有任何邮件及电话通知，总之整个体验太糟糕了。”

“I stayed here on three separate nights and enjoyed my stay. The front desk was helpful arranging transportation to and from the airport, were extremely friendly and welcoming! The property grounds are well-maintained and the restaurant has vegetarian options as well. I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit to Tanzania!”

“The room was very comfortable, and cleaned spotlessly every day. The breakfast was varied and tasty and it was a delight to sit out enjoying eating it in the peaceful and beautiful gardens. The staff couldnt have been more helpful and were always smilling. We stayed there for 2 weeks except for 4 days climbing Mount Meru. I'd recomend that too, but that wasnt quite as relaxing as my stay here. Thanks to everybody for a super memorable stay. I will be back for sure. Em.”
