INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
Situated in a quiet and private area of the residence, Rotonda Cottage 33 features an independent entrance and a furnished covered veranda, perfect for outdoor meals or relaxing moments. The entrance opens into the living room, equipped with two sofa beds, a dining table, flat-screen TV and a bathroom with shower and hairdryer. A separate door leads to the kitchen, fitted with a hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and traditional oven, with direct access to the garden area. The upper floor hosts the double bedroom with wardrobe. The apartment is equipped with mosquito screens for enhanced comfort during the stay.
OUTDOOR SPACES
The unit offers a private covered veranda furnished with a dining table and overlooking a well-maintained communal garden. The residence includes shaded communal areas, landscaped pathways and a peaceful atmosphere ideal for relaxation. Guests also have access to a large sun terrace equipped with sun loungers and a dedicated children’s play area.
The residential complex features a shared pool with salt water, a shallow area for children and a furnished solarium. Pool opening dates may vary: guests are advised to confirm details with our booking office.

Cottage 33 is located in Cala Bitta, a short distance from Baja Sardinia and its services. Cala Bitta beach is approximately 350 metres away and easily reached on foot. The area offers beautiful white-sand beaches, seaside venues and points of interest all within a few minutes’ drive, including Porto Cervo. A few kilometres away, the charming Cala dei Ginepri offers a natural setting overlooking the Gulf of Arzachena. The renowned Nikki Beach beach bar is also located nearby, a popular landmark along the coast.
A car is recommended for moving comfortably between the surrounding beaches and towns.

THINGS TO KNOW
Payments and security deposit
Upon arrival, a security deposit is pre-authorised on the guest’s credit card (cardholder must be physically present). The amount will be released automatically after check-out; release times depend on the issuing bank. In case of damages or rule violations, a proportional amount may be withheld.
Tourist tax
To be paid in cash upon arrival, according to municipal regulations.
Booking details
- Klodge accommodations are private properties rented by their owners with the support and intermediation of Klodge.

Essential services required for short-term stays — such as final cleaning and the initial linen set — are provided by specialised external companies; related costs are to be borne by the Guest.
Online check-in and contract
After booking, all guests must complete the online check-in procedure via our dedicated portal by uploading their identity documents and selfies. All data is processed in accordance with GDPR. A tourist rental agreement must be signed; the contract is issued in Italian, with a courtesy English translation provided before arrival.
Key collection
Keys and documents are delivered at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.
Waste collection
A door-to-door waste separation system is in place. Guests are kindly asked to purchase the appropriate bags and dispose of all waste correctly before departure.
