The villa is located on a fantastic hill surrounded by the green of the typical Gallura countryside, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view that stretches from the rocks of San Pantaleo to the islands of the archipelago of La Maddalena up to Corsica.
From its panoramic position you can fully enjoy both the most beautiful sea of ​​the Mediterranean and the peace and the beauty of the Sardinian countryside, also counting on a vast property rich in granite rocks and native plants, such as myrtle and strawberry tree, with their perfumes and intense colors.

It is the perfect place to spend your holidays in peace and relaxation, without renouncing what this magical area has to offer. In fact, in just 10 minutes you can reach the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda and the prestigious villages of Porto Cervo, Baia Sardinia, Cannigione and San Pantaleo.

The Villa is composed of a large and bright living room with dining area, sitting room, fireplace and large windows which leads to the spectacular verandas that offer a complete view of both the sea and the natural environment that surround it, and is in direct relation with the beautiful adjacent swimming pool as well as with the outdoor dining area; a fully equipped kitchen with all standard appliances and dining table; four beautiful bedrooms with large windows and fine Sardinian furnishings with relative bathrooms with shower and covered terrace.
The materials used are of value, in line with the care with which it was built and furnished, such as the beautiful terracotta floors, the ceilings of oak wood and reeds, the large and refined bathrooms.

Great experience

Wir (3 Erwachsene und 1 Kind) haben Ende Mai eine wundervolle Woche auf Sardinien in diesem Haus verbracht. Das Anwesen ist sehr schön gestaltet mit einer tollen Lage in den Hängen oberhalb der Buchten. Es bietet ausreichend Platz und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Livio ist ein sehr angenehmer und hilfsbereiter Vermieter - als kleiner Willkomensgruß war ein schöner Korb mit italienischen Spezialitäten bereitet. Die Abwicklung war sehr unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Der Pool ist toll und ausreichend groß. Die Terrasse bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier genau richtig, und trotzdem in kurzer Zeit direkt am Meer oder in Porto Cervo, Baja Sardinia,etc.. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
