"My partner and I decided to spend my birthday in Egypt, fulfilling one of my childhood dreams seeing the pyramids. And we couldn’t have picked a better room, the view was stunning, the room was clean and spacey while Samer was the excellent host. He was very responsive, helped us with our shopping driving us in local markets and to top it up, had a birthday cake waiting for us in the room. 10/10 and highly recommend."

"the view was very good but it was not like a traditional hotel where you have a lobby and staff to help. We were given one set of keys and some towels on first day and that was the end of it. bathroom had a leak and the floor was wet all the time, we had to be extra careful in the bathroom for fear of slipping. "I came in late night, there was no front desk service but I was accommodated. Staff was very friendly and courteous. The sheets were used and had not been changed, but no one was available at that time to change them. We covered the bed with a comforter that was in the closet, hoping that it was clean. We wanted to switch from the residence to the actual hotel but already paid and would have wasted our money. But Omar was great, he was very helpful when he was working his shift."
