"The daily basic housekeeping was good, with eco-friendly initiatives in mind. The staff were friendly, and with the new self-service check-in and our system it was pretty easy. However, apart from housekeeping I didn't really have much interactions with the frontdesk staff. There's a self-service luggage system as well with locks so if you want to leave luggage in the hotel pre-checkin or at check-out, you can do so. "

"Hotel Forza is conveniently located in a shopping arcade with many restaurants and shops in the area. It is also within walking distance to many sights and also has public transportation n it's doorstep. The staff is very friendly and responsive to any requests."

"Physical plant: Room was small but well designed and very clean. The view on the harbor was OK - not the hotel's fault - it's just that the harbor is nothing special. It was nice to have the large balcony. The rest of the hotel is very decent. Location: It cannot be any more convenient than this. Close to the train station, the tram station, the biggest shopping mall in Nagasaki. Service: Stellar! Check-in service, taxi service, restaurant reservations, check-out service, service at breakfast. NOTHING to complain about. Food: Breakfast is excellent. I had three dinners at the hotel. At the main restaurant, at the teppanyaki restaurant, and at the sushi restaurant. All three dinners were very good, with the teppanyaki dinner being the best. If one day I return to Nagasaki, I will definitely stay here again."
