Apartment house "Elisabeth". 4 apartments in the property. 400 m from the centre of Aschau, on the outskirts, 3.5 km from the centre of Zell, 4.5 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, in the residential district, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: property 1'000 m2, garden with lawn. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 400 m, restaurant 200 m, bus stop "Aschau i.Z. Bahnhof" 650 m, railway station "Aschau i.Z. Bahnhof" 650 m, outdoor swimming pool 3.5 km, indoor swimming pool 2 km. Mountain railway 4 km, ski lift 4 km, ski bus stop 50 m, ski school 400 m, sled run 10 km, cross country ski track 200 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. E-charging stations available in the village.

Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the housing units will be available for use.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt!

Wir verbrachten sehr schöne 10 Nächte in der FeWo. Die Vermieterin war sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, auch die Kommunikation klappte ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir hatten ausreichend Platz und haben eine sehr gut ausgestattete und saubere FeWo bezogen. Von hier aus erreicht man zügig alle (Sommer)-aktivitäten im Zillertal, ob mit Auto, Bahn oder Bus. Sehr zu empfehlen!
