“Upon arrival we were told that the elevator was broken. We would have to walk up "a few" steps to our room. A few was 24. My partner has a disability and this was a really big deal for him. After really stressing the difficulty this caused, they were able to accommodate us and move us to another room in the tower were the elevator was working. We very much appreciated this. We were staying for three nights, so that change of rooms was very much needed. Ice machine was broken, but found one……
