The views from this condo cannot be beat. Parking and access was easy yet secure. We felt safe! Everything was very clean!! It was really nice not to have to run out and buy the basics for kitchen and bathroom. Coffee was a bonus!!

BEST View of Asheville

Absolutely gorgeous property right in the heart of downtown. The property as fantastic and the wall to wall windows have the most incredible views of Asheville and the surrounding mountains. Thank you for a great stay!

Enjoyed our brief stay, only 2 days. Had to return home because of Hurricane Debbie. Great location, valet parking worked well. In the center of Asheville with lots of interesting venues. Would stay there again.

Best place to stay in Asheville

This place has everything you would need to make your stay stress free. You can walk to almost everything. Probably the most dog friendly location I have ever seen. Next time we will bring our dog. Definitely will stay here again.

Great Location for Downtown or the Mountains

This unit exceeds the advertised listing for service, quality, and the views. It is very convenient to walk and explore the great downtown Asheville neighborhoods or call the valet and jump in the car to the Biltmore or explore the mountains and hills.

Great place to stay

I am in Asheville every 4 to 6 weeks and have stayed at various places. I have to say this place was an absolute gem. The unit was clean, bed was very comfortable, automatic / electric window treatments were a very nice perk and the views were stunning. I had an issue getting the units key box to work to obtain the FOB’s. I made one call and Mr. Will with the assistance of Ms. Bonnie had me in the unit within minutes. Thanks again to the both of you. I will stay here again.

Well appointed small unit that was perfect for the two of us. Amazing views of the mountains and the city. Central location to top-tier restaurants, galleries and shops. Communication from property manager was excellent and hotel staff was welcoming and attentive. We'll be back.

Great Weekend Stay

In a single word, DELIGHTFUL. My wife and I just returned home from BLUE RIDGE ESCAPE and we both think it was an awesome experience. The condo was beautiful and located right in the middle of downtown Asheville. And the fact the condo was dog friendly made it even better. The communication from the Host was spot on and professional and there were no issues with the condo. It was absolutely as advertised. The Arras building is exceptionally clean and the restaurant and bar were both excellent. We can without reservation recommend this property and we can't wait to visit again.
