House was large with plenty of space for family of 13. Kitchen was great with all needed for Thanksgiving. Beautiful views from most rooms. Sunrise and Sunsets were amazing!Fireplaces were not working when we were there, which was a major disappointment when it got cold. Road is very winding and intimidating for many of our Florida drivers, especially at night.
View from back deck was very similar to Master bathroom: breathtaking!

We had an amazing weekend here, the house was very spacious and slept our large group comfortably. The view from the back deck was incredible, can’t beat the sunsets there. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing Views and Spacious House!

We had a big group of 14 of us and really enjoyed our stay! The house was plenty big for us and the views were amazing. Camille was a fantastic host and very responsive and accommodating for our needs. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Nice home and great location to Ashville and the BR Prky

Coordination with manager (Cam) was wonderful and responsive. Good Stay. Only one problem which needs tending. The MBR temperature ranged from 78-88 degrees between morning and evening. It faces a western sun and the cooling floor registers can not keep up with the heat. I suspect that this complaint has been voiced before because two of the registers are electrical assisted. The quick fix is a floor box fan to blow in cooler air from the family room. Best fix is to add an additional a/c unit for that space. The MBR room is UNSATISFACTORY during the summer months. Great Group Stay

Group of 16 stayed at the property for 3 nights. It was plenty of space and comfortable. There was enough stuff in the kitchen for us to make our breakfasts to eat together and make snacks. The back patio is really nice to hang out and watch the sunset. We were also lucky enough to see a black bear scratching his back on the tree out back 2 of the mornings. Cam was very helpful and communicative through the process ahead of our stay and was able to accommodate check in and check out around our flight times. With the number of us, we ended up with some cold showers, so just be sure to spread out shower times if you have a lot of people. Also, be aware that 3 of the beds upstairs are in an open area on the landing at the stop of the stairs, so I recommend bringing a noise machine or ear plugs if you’ll have people sleeping there while people are active in the kitchen/living room below. If you don’t have a rental car - We were able to schedule Ubers/Lyfts to go to and from downtown within a reasonable wait, but I definitely recommend scheduling them instead of waiting until you’re ready to leave to get one if you have a set time you need to be somewhere. Overall, the place was a great spot and exactly what we were looking for. Would def stay again if going back to Asheville with a large group.

Fun friends weekend

This is a great house with awesome mountain views and it is pretty secluded from other properties. It had plenty of beds for our large group and its big back deck and yard gave us plenty of room to hang out and relax. I would definitely rent the property again.

My friends/family and I had an amazing weekend at this house. It was spacious and had a great view of the mountains. Depending on which directional application you used, it didn't take you all the way to the house and Uber had a tough time finding us. Overall though, we had the BEST experience.

Beautiful house with beautiful view

The house is well maintained, clean, and wonderful for big groups. The homeowner was very responsive, and very welcoming by offering to be available if I had any questions. Getting an uber/lyft is more difficult, even with providing driving instructions. It wouldn't prevent me from booking the property again, just something to know ahead of time.

Less than stellar

Great deck and view. Interior has a lot of good space for large groups, however, house has numerous repair issues and maintenance problems. I would have to go so far as to say many things are neglected. Carpeting is soiled, oven barely heats up, exterior door handles mostly broken or malfunctioning, interior needs a lot of sprucing up. TV channel service had expired (that did get taken care of for us) Peaceful except for the hunters firing close by on the weekend, and some traffic noise (not extreme) from the nearby interstate below.

Lots of beds/good price not so friendly neighbors

We overall enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and functioned well. We only had 10 people so we had plenty of space. There are tons of queen beds and it is easy to sleep a lot of folks but 28 would be a huge stretch. Particularly with only 3.5 baths. Not far from town and we were able to get a lyft for 30-45 dollars for 5 people (one way). Several of us went on a walk on the private road (couldn't find that this was prohibited but maybe missed it). We heard a gun shot up by a home off the road and then a woman yelled at us saying we were on private property (although we were on the road just walking). Maybe avoid leisurely strolls in the neighborhood haha.
