The space
This 5 bedroom home can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests and is located 15 minutes away from downtown Asheville, 15 minutes away from the Biltmore Estate, yet is steps away from the Bent Creek Hiking Trail and less than 5 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway.

With 2 master suites, there's plenty space for everyone! Each suite comes complete with an en suite bathroom and king sized bed.

The bunk bed room is the perfect space for kids, with 4 full sized bunks.

The outdoor deck is wonderfully designed, with seating for 10 people at the outdoor dining table and more seating available at the couch around the gas firepit. You can relax in any of the numerous areas while cooking at the grill!

This kitchen has everything you need to make your favorite meal - from a fridge, gas stove/oven, dishwasher and microwave to cookware like pots & pans and small appliances like blenders, toasters and more! Enjoy the provided coffee (ground and K cups) with that first sip in bed.

Plus, gather together over meals as there are plenty places to dine for everyone; our inside dining room table seats up to 8 people while an additional 4 may sit at the bar, or head outside where a large outdoor dining table can fit 10 guests as well.

Hang out with your family and friends in the living room, where you can cozy up near the toasty gas fire place while streaming something fun on the big-screen 65" TV. Creating lasting memories never felt so relaxing!

*FAMILY ROOM*
Our cozy family room is like no other - it's an art-inspired masterpiece! With a unique mural painted by a local artist inspired by the musical vibes of Asheville, you can relax on the comfy sofa (that also transforms into extra sleeping space) while streaming your favorite tunes via Bluetooth or enjoying vintage vinyl records on our Victrola player. Plus, there’s always something to watch on our 55" Smart Roku TV.

*GAME ROOM*
Get ready for a night of fun and thrills that's sure to leave an impression! Step into our game room, and you'll be captivated by its sparkling LED lights, dazzling disco balls and classic arcade machines. Challenge your friends to Ms Pac-Man or Street Fighter II – but don't forget the Skee-ball machine, foosball table, air hockey table as well as poker table and shuffle board. Plus there's even more entertainment at our infinity table with over 30 games available. There's even a giant 75 inch TV screen. It'll be an unforgettable experience whether you're young or young at heart.

The sectional also converts into a sofa bed for an additional sleeping area.

Step out on the patio for some fresh mountain air and cozy up with a glass of your favorite wine or hot chocolate by the gas fire pit. You'll find plenty of room to entertain in style, whether it's around the conversational seating nearby or at large dining table that comfortably fits 10 people. Plus, whip up those classic barbecue meals you love so much using the gas grill!

Take a walk down the patio steps – here awaits you an inviting firepit surrounded by string lights and perfect for making s'mores with those you care about. After exploring all the beauty that Asheville has to offer, relax in the hot tub or find solace while rocking gently in a hammock with your favorite book as your little ones race around the fenced-in backyard! The barrel sauna awaits after an exciting day of exploring Asheville!

The hot tub is cleaned between each guest.
Guest access
Your private home awaits in this quiet residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors who have young children.

Check in any time after 4 PM EST and check-out is at 10 AM EST. You can enjoy the entire space, with easy access through the front door equipped with an electronic keypad that sends out your unique code before you arrive.

You can park up to 5 cars on the parking pad in front of the garage doors. The garage is not accessible to vehicles. If you have an electric car there are nearby chargers located a 5 minute drive from our home.

TVs are available in most bedrooms (except the bunk room), the living room, family room, and game room. Use your own streaming subscription services such as Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and bring your own logins. Please remember to log out at the end of your stay.

For your safety there are two exterior cameras located on the outside of the property. There are NO indoor cameras.

A fire extinguisher and first aid kit are located on the main level.

Smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors are located throughout the home.
