Beautiful cottage,2 min drive down to the private beach,15min drive to the public beach and the town of Goderich shopping areas(walmart,Tim Hortons,Canadian Tire,Rona etc)and the main Goderich beach.The cottage is on a 1.5 acr wooded land,with Great deck,gazeebo and BBQ.4 bedrooms,4 double beds 2 bathrooms,one full one 2 pc.Kitchen has dishes,pots&pans,cutleries,fridge,stove,microwave,coffee maker,tea kettle.Waher dryer.We offer free wood for fire.

  • Final camping trip of the season and we finally have sun for once. This weekend we camping at Point Farms Provincial Park off of Lake Huron. It's our first time here and the beach is enormous!!! I highly recommend visiting this place as its great for families. White sandy beaches that stretch as far as the eye can see. Water is cold but refreshing with only a little bit of seaweed. The shallow end extends quite far out giving you lots of room to have fun without getting in anyone's way. Bugs aren't too bad either. There is no firewood available within the park but a 30 second drive north outside the park marks a small variety store where you can buy all your camping needs such as fire starters, wood, kindling, and so on. The closest grocery store is about a 20 minute drive south towards Goderich called Zehers. This parks marks our 30th provincial park in Ontario.

Great weekend getaway

Had a really great time at this property. Could have used a bit more of a clean, but we made the best of it. The backyard was amazing and we enjoyed a fire every night at the fire pit. Owner was really responsive with questions when we had them. Overall great time at this cottage getaway.
