“Was a beautiful property nice beach although the stairs going down to it were dangerous they need to be rebuilt also bbq tanks were empty cost me 40 dollars to get a tank One of my friends stepped on a fastener going down steps it went through his shoe and into his foot overall it was a great stay”

“The cottage is worth the price. The wide lake view is amazing. We were 4 families who spent 2 nights at this cottage. We enjoyed our stay and have no complaints, except that the bedding were not made when we arrived. Probably they were not changed since the previous guests left. We found some extra bedding in the closets but were not fresh. Except this part all our stay was pleasant.”

“The rooms are clean, plenty of towels. There are four bedrooms upstairs with their own en suite bathroom. There are two other rooms upstairs with a shared bathroom all very comfortable. there is another bedroom on the main floor that looks like it was once a large dining room. They can sleep a bunch of kids, but there’s no bathroom. They need to walk upstairs. The kids enjoyed the hot tub. Great outdoor fireplace with firewood supplied. “My blended family and I stayed at the Birch Beach Lake House for three night at the end of September. It was the perfect location for 8 adults for a post wedding extended celebrations. The house was the perfect size, lots of space, the property was beautiful, and amenities suited our needs perfectly. The host was very responsive and knowledgeable. “Two adults stayed October 2025.The cottage was cozy as advertised, right on the water. We felt very safe in the area. The kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped and the beds very comfortable. The cottage was clean, had wifi ,comfortably furnished and equipped with a big screen tv The hot tub was a treat and the sunsets viewed from the hot tub was a double treat. We would definitely rent this cottage again. ”

“My cousins (female age 55-79) meet annually for a fun weekend together and this cottage was perfect! We had lots of room to spread out, there was even room for all ten of us to do yoga inthe living room! Overall it was VERY well equipped, clean, quiet and true to the AD description. May I suggest the basement sofa bed could be replaced. This cottage is EXCELLENT and we highly recommend. Thankyou George!”
