「The room was clean and nice, there was toilet on every floor, and you can use bathroom with hair dryer. It's a convenient place overall.
For service, the staffs were very nice and warm which provided kind assist.
The only drawback was the little noise at night due to the railway. However it was small affect to me.」
"Enjoyed the onsens so much here. The restaurant service was great, food was great and the staff were so friendly with our little boy.(thank you for your patience and smile!) The Japanese style room was cozy and not humid at all. We were lucky that it snowed a few times during our stay. Waking up to a beautiful snowing view outside the window was amazing.
