“Everything seems okay and smooth at check-in. However at check out, it was a different story. There was no water available at breakfast and fellow occupants didn’t have anything to drink. While they were trying to find someone to refill the water there were 2 other in line ahead of me to checkout. We waited 25 minutes to checkout and had to contact the property through my booking to locate an employee to check us out. We stayed for a graduation and was almost late due to the long wait. “Light and outlet over the sink was not working. Room hall light did not work. Door from parking lot to hotel was inoperable.
Floors in bathroom were not clean.

“The main door to the suite didn't latch properly for the time we were there, We were not happy about that told the staff .
The staff was fantastic , helpful kind .
The toilet need to be fixed properly was not bolted down.
But once asked the maintenance worker he did the best he could.
Staff was super helpful.”
