「Clean, large room, feel like living in my home」

「Breakfast is good. However, some mechanic noise was found continually around the room. We have some difficulty to get a good sleep.」

They had not record of that request so it was not clear who responded 'No Problem'. Luckily there was a first floor available but this could have been a real bad issue. Second, the place is advertised WITH CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST. There is none...just a hotel room coffee maker. This WRONG, literally false...

「Our first room clearly wasn't cleaned before we arrived. The mini fridge still had spilled corn inside when we checked in, and there were multiple items/ trash left behind from the previous guests. During our second night at the hotel, the roof leaked on me to the point where my bed and the surrounding floor were soaked. Luckily, the hotel staff moved us to another room.
