"Very clean room, amazing view and kind greeting staff"

"We stay at the Colonnade fairly regularly because of its convenient location and easy parking. This time we were stuck there because of a blizzard, so we spent more time actually hanging around the hotel. The lobby is really comfortable and cozy with a gas fire and a front wall of glass. The room was also very comfortable, including beds, pillows, bathrobes. We ate breakfast twice at the hotel restaurant and the staff were warm and friendly. "

"Very clean, accommodating and spacious room. Off street, covered parking garage was key during the Blizzard of 2026. Cozy fireplace in the lobby. Only thing missing was a little microwave to reheat leftovers. "

"The staff was amazing..... every single person. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only complaint I would have is that the restaurant could use more offerings and was very pricey. But again, the service was great so I still went with 5 stars!"

"Great room, exactly as described. The VIP room has snacks and drinks available all day as well as couches, chairs, and 2 big TVs. The pool is heated which is great seeing how ita freezing here. Staff is super friendly and professional. Its been a great stay. "
