「Our stay was very nice, in that there is plenty of space and the shared areas and bedrooms are large spaces. Communication with the host went well, as we needed to get the correct door code to access, and there was a small issue with the thermostat which the host addressed quickly.」

「We had no heat for the entire stay- it was below 20 on some nights and we were freezing. We messaged some agent over and over and they kept having us trying to troubleshoot. Then they said they sent a technician which they did not. I never got anyone on the phone to speak to. They just kept texting me. I thought I was texting a bot.
